Situated in
Kasane, Botswana, 100km west of Victoria Falls, just 5 minutes
drive from the Chobe National Park, this 110 bed Safari Lodge
overlooks the Chobe River and Caprivi floodplains.
Safari Rooms
The newest
additions to Chobe are our 32 safari rooms. Individually
decorated, they offer every comfort. Each safari room affords
our guests the luxury of air-conditioning, luxurious en-suite
bath and shower facilities, as well as satellite TV.
River Rooms
The luxurious
twin-bed river rooms are air-conditioned and offer the
convenience of phone, TV and large en-suite bathrooms. Family
rooms include two twin bedrooms.
Rondavels
The thatched
rondavels are independently positioned, with ceiling fans and
en-suite bathrooms.
Camping
The famous
Chobe Safari Lodge campsite has a first-rate ablution area and
facilities along the banks of the river.
There are two
Restaurants: The Table d'Hote Restaurant offering a range of
International and Local dishes and the Buffet with its
impressive choice of BBQ meats, salads and range of dishes.
Both overlook the Chobe River.
Apart
from the swimming pool, other facilities include a volley ball
court, glass back squash court, a health & beauty salon
and an Internet Cafe.
The Chobe floodplain is renowned for its concentration of
buffalo and elephant and the late afternoon in particular,
provides spectacular viewing.
Safari activities at Chobe Safari Lodge include 4x4 Game
Drives, Boat cruises along the River Chobe enabling excellent
Game and Bird viewing, Nature Walks that take in the Zambian
side of the River, night drives, sundowner cruises, Fishing
for Tiger Fish and Bream and trips to Victoria Falls.
The Chobe Safari Lodge is the best 'value for money' Lodge in
the Chobe area, being less than half the cost of neighbouring
Safari Lodges, but providing comparable levels of
accommodation
