On a vast private concession of almost 350 000 hectares, with a variety of eco-systems supporting a wide range of wildlife, MANKWE BUSH LODGE lies south of Chobe and east of Moremi National Parks.

With a deep love of the "bush" the experienced and highly knowledgeable guides (and even the chef!) not only love to spoil their guests, but love to share the wonders of the wild with them.

Amongst shady Mopane and Camelthorn trees, Mankwe Bush Lodge has 7 extremely comfortable custom-built canvas tents on wooden decks with en suite facilities and viewing deck. All built on wooden decks, there is a most attractive bar/lounge, camp- fire area, a swimming pool and huge dining tent.

MANKWE (meaning leopard) lies within a wilderness conservation area, where waterholes attract a variety of animals that cross it, moving freely between Chobe and Moremi. Situated in a summer migration area, the animal population depends on the time of year and availability of natural waterholes.
